New SEI / Mercury 1994-2018 V6 200/225/250 HP 3.0L Gearcase

Upgrade the Mercury outboard with the brand-new SEI/Mercury gearcase. It is designed for 1994-2018 V6 200, 225, and 250 HP 3.0L engines. The model is for 8- and 13-spline driveshafts, providing flexibility for various engine configurations. The New SEI gearcase uses a metal water pump with dual water pick-ups.

You will need a two-piece driveshaft when replacing an 8-spline driveshaft unit. The upper driveshaft/coupler is sold separately and must be sourced from an OE Dealer. Refer to the following part numbers to find the correct upper driveshaft.

• 20” Model: 45-824114A 1
• 25” Model: 45-823901A 1
• 30” Model: 45-824115A-1

Important Note: When placing an order please verify:

1. Gear Ration: Available in 1:62:1 or 1:75:1
2. Shaft Length: Available in L (20”), XL (25”), XXL (30”)
