This listing is for a New OBR Mercury/Mariner 70-90 HP 3-Jaw/6-Jaw 3-Cylinder Gearcase, which will fit the following models:

• 70-90 HP 3-Jaw models from 1987-1997 [Core $50]
• 70-90 HP 6-Jaw models from 1998-2010 [Core $50]

New lower units are assembled with a combination of all new OEM and new aftermarket parts using only high grade American steel for gears and shafts. This model is available with a L (20″) Driveshaft. Water Pump is not included, but can be purchased HERE.

NOTE: Updating from a 3-jaw to a 6-jaw unit requires an updated shift rod available from Mercury.
