2002 25 HP Mercury 2 Stroke Outboard Motor 20″ Remote

For sale I have a 2002 25 HP Mercury w stroke 20″ outboard motor. This motor was taken as a trade in. It starts right up and runs, shifts, and pumps water. Good compression around 105 psi on both cylinders. Does not come with controls but controls are available for $200. This is a remote control motor, not tiller. 20″ (long shaft). The motor has both electric  and manual start. Nice shape overall  for its age. Customer just wanted to upgrade to 4 stroke. Freight will be $400 to a commercial address with a dock or forklift, or to a freight terminal. Roughly an additional $150 to a residence.
