This 2001 Yamaha 200HP HPDI Outboard Motor is a powerful, lightweight, and highly reliable two-stroke engine with only 322 original hours. Featuring Yamaha’s High Pressure Direct Injection (HPDI) system, this 200 horsepower outboard delivers strong acceleration, excellent fuel efficiency, and impressive offshore performance.

The HPDI series is known for combining the power of a 2-stroke with fuel economy comparable to many four-stroke engines — while being approximately 90 lbs lighter. This makes it an ideal choice for performance fishing boats and offshore center consoles.
