At EZ Boats Marine, we offer professional freight shipping for outboard motors and marine equipment throughout the United States and internationally.

Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Throughout the United States

  • To select international destinations

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.


2. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of marine engines, orders are shipped via freight carriers.

Delivery options include:

  • Commercial address with forklift or loading dock

  • Freight terminal pickup for customer collection

Residential delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation

  • Processing typically takes 2–6 business days

  • Freight transit times vary depending on destination

Customers will receive shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.


4. Freight Delivery Requirements

For commercial deliveries:

  • A forklift or loading dock must be available

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring proper unloading capability

For freight terminal delivery:

  • Customers will be notified when the shipment is ready for pickup

  • Valid identification may be required


5. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders


6. Inspection Upon Delivery (Very Important)

Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

If damage is visible:

  • Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos immediately

  • Notify us within 24 hours

Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility with the carrier.


7. Delays

While we work with reliable freight providers, delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (international orders)

EZ Boats Marine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Address corrections

  • Missed delivery appointments

  • Storage fees at freight terminals
