Important Shipping Notice

We recommend removing protective wrapping and checking the motor thoroughly before the driver leaves. If any damage occurs during shipping:

• All damage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading
• The damage report must be signed by the delivery driver
• A copy of the signed Bill of Lading must be provided so a claim can be filed with the carrier
• Photos of the damaged product on and off the truck are strongly recommended
• Damaged products must remain in the customer’s possession until the shipping company completes inspection or claim processing
