At EZ Boats Marine, we strive to provide accurately described and carefully inspected marine equipment. Warranty coverage varies depending on whether the product is new or pre-owned.

1. New Products

If a product is sold as new and includes a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable:

  • Are administered directly by the manufacturer

  • May require product registration

  • May require service by an authorized dealer

  • Are subject to manufacturer terms and exclusions

Customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer warranty details prior to purchase.

2. Pre-Owned / Used Outboard Motors

Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, pre-owned motors are sold as described at the time of sale.

Because installation, usage, and maintenance conditions vary, used motors typically do not include an extended warranty.

However:

  • All motors are compression tested

  • Mechanically inspected prior to listing

  • Evaluated for lower unit condition

Unless explicitly stated in writing, EZ Boats Marine does not provide additional express or implied warranties beyond those described in the product listing.
